Welcome back to another episode of Elevate with Elsner. I'm fired up today because we're talking about real things that people overlook. And it's pretty simple. Like this is basic stuff, and it starts with the foundation of yourself. You are your greatest asset, not your business, not your car, not your house, not your bank account. You, you, the one that you see in the mirror, the greatest asset that you have in your life. So last week I helped a guy get into a house, and you know what I was thinking? It hit me. We spend all this time trying to secure things, jobs, investments, you know, money. But at the end of the day, if we're not solid ourselves, none of this stuff's gonna save us. That physical, you know, relationship that we have, that codependency that we have with money is not gonna save you. Okay. That's only gonna drive you farther away from the truth. So taking care of yourself is big because a house can be wiped out, a market can crash, you know, multiple things can happen, and investment can lose value. But if you're strong mentally, physically, emotionally, you can rebuild time and time again, right? That's the part that nobody teaches you. You are the foundation, you are the true asset. And like any good asset, you need protection, you need investment, and you need growth. So if we break it down a little farther, right? Your energy is your currency. I'll say it straight: your energy is your currency. You walk into a room, people feel your energy immediately. It can be positive, it can be negative, but before you even say a word, people can sense, people can feel your energy. And that's why when people walk into a room, sometimes people are magnetized to them because they feel the strong energy that that person puts off and they attract people to come towards them because people want to listen, they want to hear what that individual has to say. Because when you ever have a day where you're short-tempered, right? You're dragging, you're tired, and everything seems a little bit harder, right? Because you're operating from a drained account, and that's not gonna fly. Because when you operate from a drained account, you're gonna put a drained feeling of energy out there. So when people try to approach you, they're not gonna want to approach somebody that looks drained, right? Why would you want to approach somebody and do business with somebody that looks drained, that looks miserable? Because misery loves company? No, energy isn't some woo-woo thing, right? You show up, it's real every day. You can bring positive energy. It's all about your mindset, your physical mindset, your emotional mindset, your mental mindset. So you'll stay broke no matter how big your paycheck looks if you don't shift that mindset. And here's another thing: health is wealth, right? A few years ago, I wasn't taking care of my body nearly, nearly as much as I should have been. I wasn't taking care of it at all. My mindset was off. Physically, I was alard. I, you know, I wasn't where I wanted to be. So I made a decision, not just for myself, but for my family, to get serious about my health. And since then, everything's changed. More energy, more clarity, more opportunities. It's not a coincidence, it's a byproduct of valuing the real asset, and that's me. I, for so many years, never valued the real asset in myself that I basically have had deferred maintenance for 30 plus years, in my opinion. So if you're no good to your business, your clients, or your family, you are running on fumes. You need to step back and understand why you are running on a drained account. And most of the time it's because your mindset is your market, right? So if we talk about your mindset being your market, when the real estate market shifts, we don't just sit there, we adapt, right? Same with your life. So when your mindset is either inflating your life or crashing it, if you constantly think you're stuck, behind, overwhelmed, guess what? That's the market you're building inside your head. But if you think opportunity, if you think gratitude, if you think resilience, you're building a market that can survive any storm. When you manage your thoughts, your environment, your energy, you're managing the most important property you'll ever own. And that's yourself. You can't control interest rates, you can't control the economy, but you can control how you show up every damn day. So here's my challenge to you this week. Invest in you like you'd invest in a $10 million property. Move your body, even if it's just for a quick walk around the block, protect your peace, cut off the noise, set better boundaries. Speak to yourself like someone who's worth protecting because you are. You wouldn't leave your dream house unlocked and you're and abandoned, right? So why would you leave your mind, your body, and your soul unguarded? You are the real estate that matters most. You are the asset. And when you operate from that place, it's crazy how everything falls into its proper spot.
